Before I had our roof replaced, I had several companies inspect the roof and bid. Lorenzo’s bid was not the cheapest, but right away his professionalism, the quality of the materials he would use, and clarity about what he was going to do won me over. The written bid he submitted itemized everything. Parts of the roof were soft (previous owners had vented shower up against the wood) and Lorenzo revented both bathrooms and replaced the rotten plywood. Lorenzo also repaired the chimney. He and his men were always on time, thoughtful, and always cleaned up the site beautifully. He used quality materials, and the roof inspector pointed to work Lorenzo had done around the roof edge that he said many contractors just left undone. We could not be more satisfied with the experience we had with LM Construction and recommend them highly. The roof also looks great!
UPDATE: A terrible windstorm tore out the pipe in my roof through which the wires came, and messed up the corner of the roof. Lorenzo checked out the situation, found the type of shingles I had used before, and soon sent a man to do the repair. He was courteous and helpful in several ways, helping me get rid of a dead line and reattach my internet cable (which had not been connected to the roof). I could not be more pleased with the work, or the very fair price the company charged, and I am glad to know Lorenzo now has a base in Derby. Thank you, Lorenzo!
